Case Study Impact Statement
For the non-profit organization Mothers Helping Mothers, I designed and launched a bilingual eLearning course that successfully doubled the program’s reach, exceeding stakeholder enrollment targets by over 20%. Beyond digital modules, I developed a comprehensive Instructor-Led Training (ILT) package—including facilitator and participant guides—that provided a consistent training experience for volunteers. By integrating Section 508 compliance and creating on-the-job coaching aids, I ensured the training was accessible and reduced dependency on live sessions, allowing the organization to scale its support for diverse families more effectively.
