Summary
Problem: Increase enrollment in the CARES coaching program.
Solution: Development of an engaging bilingual interactive experience that serves two purposes. It acts as an engaging simulation for English and Spanish-speaking clients to explore the benefits of the CARES program, and it provides a standardized training foundation for CARES coaches.
Impact: Launching March 1, 2026, the initiative is projected to increase program enrollment by 20%.
Mothers Helping Mothers (Sarasota) launched a new coaching program but faced a significant communication barrier. The challenge was to distill complex program benefits into a clear, engaging narrative for a diverse population of English and Spanish-speaking mothers, many of whom have limited time and varying levels of digital literacy.
I designed and developed a 20-minute, gamified e-Learning experience that met the audience where they are.
Narrative Driven: To drive engagement, I integrated a "shopping" theme—a familiar, low-stress environment—to explain program "perks" as valuable finds.
Bilingual Accessibility: The entire course was built with a toggle-ready structure in Storyline 360, ensuring equitable access for both English and Spanish speakers.
Action-Oriented: The experience concludes with a seamless call-to-action, allowing users to enroll directly or provide feedback via an integrated survey.
AI-Powered Engagement: Utilized Hedra AI and ElevenLabs to create lifelike, interactive video avatars that guide the learner, providing a human touch that standard text cannot replicate.
Advanced Interactivity: Employed variables and triggers to track "shopping" progress, alongside hotspots and drag-and-drop interactions to keep the learner active.
Scenario-Based Learning: Used tabbed interactions and layers to present real-life coaching scenarios, allowing moms to see the program's benefits in action before committing.
